Things You Need to Know

Returns

​

All customers have up to 30 days to return their purchase, as per your statutory rights, provided it is returned in the original packaging with the original invoice. The item(s) must be unused, and are subject to inspection to ensure this and returned at the customers expense. Once the item(s) are received and confirmed, a full refund will be offered for the goods. Alternatively, we are happy to swap any unwanted item(s) for an item of the same value if specified, however this may be subject to additional postage charges.

Delivery

Delivery processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to deliver outside Great Britain.

Damages and losses

​

The Wool Shack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us for the tracking number, then contact the carrier (Royal Mail) to make a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before making a claim.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
